The NYC Big Book Award recognized Valter of Salt Lake City: The Magic of The Table by Author Elaine M. Bapis as the Winner in the Coffee Table Book and Regional Cookbook categories.

Experts judge the competition from different aspects of the book industry, including publishers, writers, editors, book cover designers, and professional copywriters. Selected award winners and distinguished favorites are based on overall excellence.
